ETA used to "warn" the Spanish police, too. Of course, like the IRA, they always did it a few minutes off or set out another undisclosed bomb in the same area, hoping to kill as many police or soldiers as possible withouth getting the bad pubicity for killing civilians.
ETA, the IRA and Islamics do not deserve to live among civilized people.
