Chemical tests of the bottles' contents later turned up no explosives, said Capt. Well, that's actually interesting because by sheer coincidence, the best universal liquid decontamination agent for chemical warfare agents is a 0.5% hypochlorite solution, prepared by diluting household bleach to one-tenth strength.
