Mel certainly had his Elvis Costello Moment, but at least he isn't supporting terrorists, controlling an army, or working on a nuclear weapon.

It speaks volumes about our country that we are much more concerned about an actor's views than that of people in positions of power who are able to act on them in a split second.

Three anti-american instutions we host in the USA...the media, academia, and the Democratic party. All equally devoid of common-sense and perspective.

The left loves these people who mean us serious harm. We need to hunt them down and kill them. Leave their rotting bodies in the sun for the dogs and buzzards.
Look at who really hates the Jews.

Wallace: "He himself -- by anti-Semite, anti-Jew? Anti-Jew? . . . No, I don't."
Wallace doesn't think Ahmipyjamidingdong, however you pronounce it, is anti-semite?
Nuts. Both of them.

I agree, he really screwed up, but he's not a risk to Jews.
Or Infidels, for that matter.

I would not call Mel Gibson a person without any power. He produced and marketed a movie that was seen all around the world by millions of people, including many non-Christians in Arab coutnries.

Ruth and Golda were walking along Hendon High Street. Ruth says, "My son Irving is getting married. He tells me he is engaged to a wonderful girl, but... he thinks she may have a disease called herpes. Golda says, "Do you have any idea what this herpes is, and can he catch it?" Ruth replies, "No, but I am just so thrilled to hear about Irving's engagement - it's time he settled down. As far as the herpes goes...who knows?" "Well," says Golda, "I have a very good medical dictionary at home. I'll look it up and call you." So Golda goes home, looks it up, and calls Ruth. "Ruth, I found it. Not to worry. It says herpes is a disease of the gentiles."

Jew haters abound.
Around the world, and in almost every nation on the face of the earth, Jews have been ostracized, persecuted, and kicked out at least once.
Almost every nation, but not all.
Mel Gibson has been taking it on the chin for his dumb ass drunken stupid remarks since day one of the incident.
Meanwhile, the venerable old gray lady, and her minions in the MSM, have been resurrecting some of the same old pogrom type actions against Jews worldwide, with a bit more sophistication and panache.
A rose by any other name, still has thorns.

What the heck are you suggesting?
Gutenberg also printed a book that has been read all around the world by millions of people, including many non-Christians in Arab coutnries.

Someone recently here on FR said something like, today's liberals think it's wrong to say bad things about Jews but it's ok to kill them. Perfect case in point here. It's astounding that Mike Wallace doesn't think Ahmadinejad is an anti-semite. Truly frightening that the nutjob preaching death to Israel and holocaust denial and promising a hundred thousand suicide bombers gets a pass.
