Should this be shown to be effective, we will have another means to prevent the spread of the disease and to save lives, and we will have a big job to do.
I'm sorry, but I don't see how circumcision is going to PREVENT spread of the disease. It flies in the face of all the sex-ed we are currently, thanks in large part to his administration, forcing our school children to learn. What ever happened to not having ANY unprotected sex (except for monogamous, committed relationships but we can't mention that)? And, gee, in war-plagued Africa where 'rebels' is another term for their real name - Islamo-terrorists (funded by AQ and rapidly laying waste to Africa), won't circumcision just suit the invaders nicely? Wow, another steaming pile from X42i.
