Norm Seigel, attorney for 911 families, says the way the Govt released the tapes was almost worse for their suffering.

They have released tapes in pieces and parts, and edited parts, and not other parts.

Now saying the phone operators gave conflicting information all over the place "Go to the roof, don't go to the roof, stay where you are, don't stay - leave" etc.

I agree with him on that.
