What good does that do? It's not like someone planning to blow themselves up in a few minutes would have a problem taking a sip of something that would probably take hours to do them significant harm. With a little planning, two of the key ingredients in the potential mix-on-board explosives -- acetone and hydrogen peroxide -- could be sipped with no visible symptoms at all. A sip of a concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution needed to mix a serious explosive could easily be swallowed in a small quantity without noticeable symptoms, if the swallower swallowed a neutralizing or diluting agent shortly before hand or held such an agent in his/her mouth to be swallowed with the sip. A sip of acetone probably wouldn't even require any special measure at all, but certainly a swallow of activated charcoal liquid just before would do the trick.
How about "anti rule of law terrorists who hate the West." ?
