Terrorist Propagandists and Tin Foil Hat Conspiracy wack jobs are skeptical. Thinking people know this going to happen.

I'm guessing that 90% of the "skeptics" have taken illegal narcotics in the last 12 months.

Looks like the Democrat/Labour propaganda campaign is starting to take hold.

These people are mentally ill. Sure, the Brit government would cancel hundreds of flights and hurt business over a phony terror plot.

Once again the Junk Media headline directly contradicts the meat of the story.
No surprise look who the who the primary "skeptics" they find are.
Munir Khan..A moderate Muslim
and
Qurban Hussain

I wish you had used the real title of the article when posting:
"We At The Guardian Think That This Whole Airplane Explosion Plan Thing Was A Government Planned Hoax To Drum Up Support for the War on Terror and Tony Blair. Don't You Agree, Hmmmmmmm?"
To: blam
I'm not a skeptic about the reality of the plot, but even if it wasn't real, I'd rather every precaution be taken. The islamofascists are not to be underestimated in what they would do.

A fair number of the suspects have been taken at High Wycombe. That is home of the former 8th Air Force Headquarters (Jimmy Doolittle's headquarters in WWII).
One thing Americans haven't heard is that is also now the home of London Central High School, a boarding school for American military dependents.
Does this news change anybody's perspective?

Only the barking moonbats, on BOTH sides of the pond, are skeptical.

Does this news change anybody's perspective? No, why should it? Are the detainees being enrolled in classes or something?
I suspect the base is a BIG place, and there is plenty of room for lots of activities.

The reporter took to the streets: He found muslims all the time except for a comment or 2 by john and mick--two more dummies.
Seriously, they distrust Britain...and dislike the society there? Go back to sharialand!
And BTW---the UK had better seriously start rethinking the privileges of commonwealth status.

Good article. Read the whole thing!
I guess Britain has their same version of "Bush lied" with "Blair lied." And the "moderate" Muslims in the article say the say thing as the Radical Islam terrorists: change your foreign policy. So that tells me who the "moderate" Muslims support.

I suspect the base is a BIG place, and there is plenty of room for lots of activities. The base is very small and has lost it's military significance. It's sole purpose is now supporting the school.
The terrorists have let it be known that they want to capture a school (remember Russia's Chechneyan rebels?). A school full of American military dependents and embassy kids is a dream come true as a rich target of opportunity.
