I am a believer in the Chaos theory. The future is difficult, is not impossible to predict, but the more you know about the variables, the closer that prediction will be.
Same as the weather.
The further out in time you go, the prediction gets much harder and more iffy.
Yet, as with the weather, there ARE constants, that can and must be tracked.
