Fired at the Israel troops in Lebanon, no doubt.

It doesn't matter if they landed in Southern Lebanon or Israel, there is a ceasefire (supposedly) on and they should not have been fired at all. The hezbullsh** terrorist have broken the ceasefire.

I can see it. "Missiles launched by Hezbollah fall short and kill a civilian, lebanese puppy. Israel blamed for not being north enough".

Whether they landed in Israel or not, they still violated the cease fire.
This is a test to see whether defensive action will be interpreted by Israel as defending her troops in South Lebanon.
I think the Israeli response will depend on whether any Israelis were hit.
