Shouldn't they be spelling out something by standing in formation on the flight deck?

I thought the Chargers were actually named after a
horse, whose role in war was to Charge...They aren't
named after electrical charges..though their first helmets
and I think the area on the jersey where the arm comes
through had a lightning bolt graphic.
Of course, nowadays, one would expect some mall rat
with a credit card to be the mascot.
