As of 1:00 pm CDT, there is no mention of this on FoxNews. Note the announcement came from Al-Reuters...and the information came from a pali that "saw" the incident.
Maybe another lie coming from Al-Reuters????

I saw one of them reporting from Gaza a couple of days ago. I don't remember his name but I think he might be from the UK. He has an English accent.

It is in Gaza, not Lebanon. So the ceasefire doesn't cover there.
