I wonder if they have ever actually read the 9/11 Commission Report. So many of its recommendations were covered in the Patriot Act....which I seem to recall the Democrats not liking all that much. The rest of their drivel just equates dollars spent with security...which is not exactly the best measure to use.

Like what? Getting rid of the Patriot Act? Opposing the wiretapping programs? Opposing the financial tracing programs? Need I remind the Dims that the only member of Congress to vote against the invasion of Afghanistan was Representative Barbara Lee, Democrat-California? Perhaps they're talking about favoring the invasion of Iraq and then opposing it? Accusing our troops of heinous atrocities with little to no evidence?

a) Were you ever exempted from phys. Ed because your parent(s) believed that competitive sports discriminate against overweight and/or handicapped children
b) If you did attend Phys. Ed. Classes, were you always the last kid to be picked for a team
c) When your class played dodge ball, were you the kid the jocks most enjoyed smearing on the court
d) Were you frequently beaten up by the popular kids at school
e) If you answered yes to the above, did you fantasize about how you would show them once you had a PhD and they were flipping burgers for a living
f) Did you have problems getting anyone to date you even though you knew you were intellectually superior to the popular kids
g) Assuming you have stopped wetting the bed in which high school grade did you have your first dry night
h) Assuming you have lost your virginity did this happen before or after you graduated college

AIRPORT SECURITY: Still No Unified Terrorist Watch List. There remains no unified terrorist watch list for screening airline passengers.

This one takes the cake. Even if we had one of these, the Dims would oppose it because Arabs are disproportionately represented on the list. Let's see, out of the 19 9/11 hijackers, 14 had last names that were "al-something." Anyone else see a pattern here?
