I've noticed that pre 9/11, there were lots of commercial aircraft crashes in the US. Since 9/11, two? Three?

funny....furher of the rat party- Heil Howard Dean- was on MTP yesterday claiming the Republicans would use "fear mongering" in this year's campaign...
Let me rephrase that...not funny rather typical rat hypocrisy...

they would join Democrats and enact the 9/11 Commission recommendations immediately
I wonder if they have ever actually read the 9/11 Commission Report. So many of its recommendations were covered in the Patriot Act....which I seem to recall the Democrats not liking all that much. The rest of their drivel just equates dollars spent with security...which is not exactly the best measure to use.

Democratic attempts to make our country secure Like what? Getting rid of the Patriot Act? Opposing the wiretapping programs? Opposing the financial tracing programs? Need I remind the Dims that the only member of Congress to vote against the invasion of Afghanistan was Representative Barbara Lee, Democrat-California? Perhaps they're talking about favoring the invasion of Iraq and then opposing it? Accusing our troops of heinous atrocities with little to no evidence?
I don't know, maybe they're talking about the Dubai Ports World deal or something. Joke.

Gee, I wonder how many of those so-called homeland security spending bills were tied to other expenditures that had absolutely nothing to do with homeland security?

Yes the same 9-11 Commission that had Jamie Gorlick as a member instead of as a material witness...

AIRPORT SECURITY: Still No Unified Terrorist Watch List. There remains no unified terrorist watch list for screening airline passengers. This one takes the cake. Even if we had one of these, the Dims would oppose it because Arabs are disproportionately represented on the list. Let's see, out of the 19 9/11 hijackers, 14 had last names that were "al-something." Anyone else see a pattern here?

The Democrats have a yellow streak down their backs. They continue to try to convince us that it is caused by a liver disorder. Those of us that fully understand the seriousness of the war on terror and the threat to our culture that the terrorists represent, know it isn't a liver disorder.

anyone wonder why islamists in the US hate the patriot act?
From 2004:
"1. American Muslims expect of a future Kerry-Edwards administration to examine the Patriot Act ....
2. American Muslims expect to be included in a future Kerry-Edwards Administration. Visits that lack substance and group pictures are insufficient. American Muslims expect to be offered policy-making positions....
3. A Kerry Administration must be determined to ensure the First Amendment rights of American Muslims to freely practice their religion.
...American Muslims should have the right to offer money to any group of people around the world and within the US
