I'm working on it, and yes there is light. One of our biggest problems is the hierarchy in the New York State Republican Party, who have sold out the party by nominating Bloomberg, and electing a far left liberal for Mayor of New York. It feels as if they have no principles and no guts. There is too much money and too much quid pro quo. But, at the grassroots level, Republicans are moving right, having realized that we've been indoctrinated by the NY Times all these years, and are tired of the godless New York City culture. We're fighting back.

IN the meantime many conservatives have given up and are moving out. I am an optimist but that optimism continues to be battered by the Republican leadership.

What can we do about the "Republican hierarchy?" What can we do about NYC controlling everything? Answer: not much.

Last conservative left please turn out the lights.
