Even amid rising calls for an immediate halt to hostilities, each side pounded the other side, trading blow for blow, hit for hit. punch for punch, counterpunch for counterpunch.

But enough about Joe Lieberman and Ned Lamont Oh my that is very very very good.

JH:

Remarkably Content-free.

Re-read all of this and marvel at the emptiness of it!
Almost every cliche' and reference to virtually all news items with zero meaning and less understanding.

When John Huangs on the scene, there's no "there" there. (Well, save for the contingent of well-wishers who heartily congratulate him on his "great read").

Larry Sabato has become a laughingstock nationwide for looking at American politics through the lens of twisted facts and disjointed political analysis. In Sabato's strange world up is down, victory is defeat, and winning is losing. He turns truth on its head like some Orwellian tale, and thus, is not to be taken seriously.

Hmmm... I found it rather a fun read, with some excellent points tossed in for good measure. Do ping me, please, when next you write something chock-full of gravitas.
