TALLAHASSEE -- Republican Tom Gallagher is betting his political life on an appeal to Christian and social conservatives. And at least one of his supporters in those groups say their own future is at stake in Gallagher's quest to be governor.
Gallagher has earned the endorsement of Florida Right to Life, as well as vocal support of most social conservative leaders in the state. His goal: Win the hearts of Republicans most likely to get out and vote on Sept. 5.
I can't believe I am arguing with such a child as you. It has no more precedential value than their refusal to listen to such and such death row appeal.
You were okay with Terri being forced out before natural death. Maybe you are an unofficial member of the right to die movement. Based upon your posts in real time and not re-doctored by me, it is not hypocritical at all.

Bottom line: The USSC upheld all lower court's decision whatever they were. The outcome that was followed was that of the lower court's decisions.
BTW, how many lower court's have argued against the death penalty? Which is OT in this thread and has absolutely nothing to do with the TS case.

Crist was on the team to bump off Terri. As Fla AG, he had a duty to defend her since she was unrepresented by counsel. The death lawyer was her hubby's and the lawyer trying to get Terri's constitutional rights restored was her parents attorney. Terri was NEVER represented by counsel. Judge Greer ILLEGALLY acted as Terri's guardian. A judge is only allowed to act as guardian if they are related to the ward. Greer was not related to Terri. Judge Greer violated law after law after law. He belongs in prison - one of Crist's heroes. Crist is a death cultist if Greer is one of his heroes.
