Time to change the laws on disposable cell phones so everyone will have to give name, address bank account or credit card number, etc before one gets a service

So you want to penalize the majority of honest poor and minority folks who have bad or no credit and need a cell phone because of the actions of a few Muslim terrorists?

The phones appear destined for overseas. Seems to dumb little me that the networks in Iraq could be set up to ignore American sold tracfones, or at least need additional credentials in that place before such phones could take any calls.

"So you want to penalize the majority of honest poor and minority folks who have bad or no credit and need a cell phone because of the actions of a few Muslim terrorists?"

By far the majority of cellphone owners ALREADY have to provide all them details BEFORE they get a cell phone service.
You can't penalize people who have already provided all them particulars.
As for the very tiny minority of people who use disposables, they still get the disposable cell phones even within bad credit. Only thing is, they get id checked before they get those disposables, so we know exactly who they are.
It's simple enough.
After all you can't even get most utilities in your house or rent a place without getting if checked.
What' so different about cell phones?
Desperate times call for desperate measures. And with the discovery of this evil plot this week, it's certainly not too much to check who we are giving disposable cell phones to.
