Wal-Marts cover the whole country. Hence, it's hard to see why anyone would pay $38.00 for a charger-less phone when he could go to Wal-Mart and buy the real thing with a charger for $20.00. Indeed, if I were in the business of buying the phones at Wal-Mart and later reselling them atr a convenience store I owned, I'd certainly want to sell them intact with the chargers. After all, who'd want to buy one without a charger.
