What profit? There's no profit in selling prepaid cell phones you paid retail for. Go to eBay and search for "tracfone." There are thousands of them for sale. If you check completed sales (eBay account required), you'll see that most sell for way less than $20.
These phones are available for about $20 in every little town in the country, and from every convenience store, for pete's sake. Who would pay more than that?
There is no profit. If they're accumulating these phones in large numbers, its for some other purpose. It's that simple. I'm guessing it's communications.
