Neal Boortz has a report/article that said an email was intercepted (after tracking chatter) by either UK or US Intelligence. Email said 'to act now'.
That is why the UK moved to make arrests yesterday. Officials interpreted the email to mean the terrorists had upped their date because they may have thought they had been found out.
(IIRC) The 9-11-01 attacks were supposedly moved up. OBL had originally planned for the attacks to take place a few weeks later.
