I can make a list of targets bigger than FR servers can hold, all of which would have actually put a damper on western military or political capability, and all, therefore, way more beneficial than old hat plane bombings.

It was tossed around back right after 9-11 that all the passengers could be put in a sleep state by changing the pressure in the cabin. I think if I was flying nekkid with a bunch of other peeps I'd probably also want to go to sleep too.
