Indeed. Nobody who has lived in California for more than six months EVER calls it "Cali." The first time I heard that, after moving to Minnesota, I just about fell down, laughing.

In the event terrorists attempt to take over the plane, take out one of the pens and be prepared to use it as a weapon. With the right amount of force, that pen becomes a deadly weapon. It can even be used to rake the shins of an assailant who has you in his grasp.

That is actually a very good point.
I remember Arnold promising when he ran in the recall election that he'd pull together a conference of border state governors to come up with a mutual response to illegal immigration. Whatever happened to that? I guess it went the way of "blowing up the boxes."
Hello! Terrorists can easily cross the Mexican border and it's been reported that some have already done so, so where do you get off trying to be the post police? You need to give it a rest and quit telling people what and where to post.

Governor Schwarzenegger Deploys Additional Resources to Enhance California Airport Security
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today issued the following statement:
“Late last night, my Department of Homeland Security briefed me on the uncovered terror plot against the United States and Great Britain. I have taken immediate steps to enhance the security of California’s airports and protect the people of this state.
I have ordered the re-deployment of security assets to high priority locations to respond to this threat - these assets include bomb-sniffing dogs, the California National Guard, and the California Highway Patrol, in concert with local and federal law enforcement agencies.
We will continue to coordinate our activities with federal and local law enforcement.”
