I know there is more to the story but Sky News is sooooooo slow! They kinda remind me of Drudge. Never a full story - always "Developing!"

I was listening to talk radio this morning. Two people called up and said the whole UK thing was cooked up by Rove ... as was the incident with the 11 missing Egyptians.

"Looks like possibly 8-10, not 8-22, is the date."
Or tomorrow--8/11.

Could just be a fairly harmless lunatic.
There's no such thing as a "harmless lunatic" on a commercial airplane

Eleven's their preferred number and tomorrow's 8-11, so I'm worried that there's a stage-two plot afoot somewhere. (Hopefully these vermin have confessed under panties by now and the whole scheme is clear.)

(Hopefully these vermin have confessed under panties by now and the whole scheme is clear.) this could be a diversion, but it's hard to believe they could do anythihg else given that law enforcement's alert level is heightened.

I hope they threw his A$$ right out the door of the plane over a pig farm.....we need to start taking the gloves off with these creeps....

Naa. He is a product of his poor, desert upbringing with nothing by goats around at night. Well, if he was indeed shot to death, at least he now has his 72 goat-shaped virgins to keep him company...

It wouldn't surprise me if there were a coordinated world wide attack on US bound flights.
I agree. It's an Al Qaeda trademark. Only, I don't think the attacks would be limited to the United States. Any ally would be considered a target.

Where is the statement: "He brought just enough rope to hang himself!"?
To: areafiftyone
"The flight was reportedly heading to the Qatari capital Doha from Jordan's capital, Amman. More follows..."That's interesting considering the proximity of Israel!

Of course we have choices. Any action or event on the part of an enemy does not mean that we have a pre-determined action that we must launch. Fortunately, we are not that rigid.

This is getting rediculous. All MUSLIMS between the ages of ..... well all ages now that I'm thinking about it, should not be allowed on Planes, Trains, or Automobiles. They need to go back to riding their Donkey's until they start behaving like normal human beings.

Write it Euro style and it makes more sense. 11-9, 10-8, 9-7

Well, its the President's decision, I agree, but I meant that we would look weak and lack credibility if we didn't.
In any event, it appears to be Al Queda, not Iran.
To: michigander
.....the plane returned safely to Amman, airport officials said, adding that they did not believe it was a hijacking attempt......
Huh? How did they know, did they just ask him?
geeeezzzz louise!
