An Israeli soldier avoids dust as a military helicopter prepares to land on the Israel-Lebanon border August 9, 2006 to evacuate troops injured in fighting in southern Lebanon.

OMG! Wallace is certifiable.
I expect that will happen. Why not? If the bombers had succeeded in blowing up the planes....there would be those that defend their right to do so.
I agree. I became very angry with him when he had the potty mouth on his show, and then let him tear Sean apart. Didn't listen for a long time. Anyone who gives Mike Wallace airtime is beyond words.
Isn't he Chris Wallaces' father?
tyhey did it now because Sharon is gone
That's the way I see it too.
President Bush gave Olmert more than any other President ever has, including Ronald Reagan.
Unfortunately, Olmert was manifestly not up to the job. He threw in the towel when he publicly asked for a UN resolution to bail him out. We obliged by cutting him the best deal we could.
None of which means this was good. In my view, Israel has been defeated by a two bit bunch of terrorists. In normal times this would be a huge disaster.
However, these are not normal times. What happens next with Iran is likely to be much bigger than Israel's defeat by Hezbollah.
There may be a silver lining. Israel went to full mobilization before calling for a UN resolution to bail them out. If they leave the mobilization in place for two weeks they will still be fully mobilized on August 22nd. Since that seems to be Iran's big day, it might be important to have as much of Israel's military at the ready as possible.
M. Wallace is a stupid liberal intellectual incapable of identifying the devil himself.
But how many really have the resolve?
Yes, he is, but I think he's seriously senile. There is something really weird about these liberals, they just can NOT believe anyone can hate them. How on earth does he think AJ has a point about the Jews returning to their homeland?
It's been like this for a few days.
If it's psyops it's driving the wrong side crazy.
Actually- I was just talking about this on Mark's thread. I rarely listen to Sean- but I did turn it on today- I heard him say (to Mike Wallace) "You're a great American"....and immediately turned it off. My son called me a few minutes later (he was driving, pulled over because he was SO angry he was not safe driving) to tell me what Sean said- what Wallace said...
Unfreakinbelievable.
I no longer listen to his radio show or watch Hannity and Colmes. We have enough CBKS from the DBM as far as I'm concerned.
LOL, I admit that my head is spinning!
He is reporting now that he is surprised to see that he is accused of being an anti-semite...because Jews are in high places in Iran.
Sean now saying that he has respect for him...and will watch the interview.
Sean: Did he put a show on for the cameras...
Wallace: NO.
Wallace: His people are free....are you suggesting he wasn't freely elected???
He has to defer to the Ayatollah...
He said he went 27 years ago to Khomeni and that is why he got this interview...
Mike says he is reasonable when he says that "let the Zionists go where there was supposedly a holocaust".
Sean: No rational person could make the statements in public that he has made.
Khomeni was much more hard minded...than AJ.
Oh...forget it...Wallace isn't making any sense, I can't even post anymore of his nonsense...
What I posted is how the conversation has gone...just zigzags between topics...
IT IS OVER!!!
I was screaming so loud at Sean I think I scared the kids next door! What Wallace found "reasonable" was this: Ahmadinejad doesn't want to anhialate the Jews, he just wonders why they couldn't set up their Zionist state in GERMANY"! Wallace actually seemed to find this an interesting proposal.
I so wanted Sean to say: "OK, let's suppose a white man dies and leaves his home to a black friend. Would it be reasonable for the other whites in the neighborhood to deny his right to live there and insist he go somewhere else?"
Or he could have said: "Let's presume you're right [a ridiculous proposition, but let's pretend]. He doesn't have malevolent intentions; he just wants the Jews to 'move'. Has there been anytime he's proposed such a thing to Germany? TO the U.N.? TO Israel? No. He hasn't. In other words, he's throwing up a diversion and you're buying into it!".
Or simpler yet: Did Wallace ask the nutjob what would happen if the Germans weren't agreeable? What would happen to the Jews if they had nowhere to go?
It was a perfect example of how Sean's debating skills drive me up a wall.
I was wondering if Mike Wallace asked Ahmandinejad what kind of tree he would be....
"Peace in our time."
That is sickening!
