Mortgage applications bounce back

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. mortgage applications rebounded last week from 4-year lows as mortgage rates slipped across the board, an industry trade group said Wednesday.

He's probably got an interest-only 120, and when he goes bankrupt, they'll seize all his stuff and cancel his birthday.

It is very hard to know what to believe. There is so much hype and propaganda out there. Using the same statistical source, this European news agency reported contrary conclusions.

US weekly mortgage applications down 24.9% compared with same week in 2005
