Kosovo Serbs boycott Vienna talks
BBC News ^ | Tuesday, 8 August 2006

The Serb delegation from Kosovo has boycotted a session of talks about the future of the province. The second day of negotiations brokered by the United Nations in Vienna concentrated on the rights of the province's minorities.

The Serb representatives said they did not accept being given the status of a minority.

The talks are trying to resolve issues of education, health care, police and justice systems.

The Tuesday session on minority rights was attended by the delegation from Belgrade.

The first day of the latest round of talks on Monday ended with no progress on the major stumbling blocks between the ethnic Serb and Albanian communities.

There is international pressure on both sides to resolve the long-term political status of the province by the end of the year.

Officially still part of Serbia, Kosovo has been run by the UN since the war there ended in 1999.

Rising tensions

Kosovo's Albanians want independence. Serbia has said it is willing only to grant wide "substantial autonomy".

Tensions have been rising in Kosovo in recent weeks.

Local Serb politicians have heavily criticised the acting head of the United Nations mission, accusing him of favouring the Kosovo Albanians.

The Nato-led peacekeeping force, K-For, has recently reopened a base and deployed extra troops in Serb areas to the north.

On Monday, a human rights group said the UN and the international community were failing to protect the rights of Kosovo's minorities.

"Nowhere [in Europe] is there such a level of fear for so many minorities that they will be harassed or attacked, simply for who they are," a report by London-based Minority Rights Group International (MRGI) said.

Kosovo is still part of Serbia. My Serbs should have status of MINORITY in their own country?

Why the NATO/International Community is so dead set on breaking of the northern part of Kosovo from the rest of Serbia?

This is really bad. There are several reasons why this is happening. Russia has always been the major objective relative to setting a precedence for separate states declaring independence making Serbia small then as the precedence is set making Russia small. This is only a major objective setting up a larger picture and objective.

Word I'm currently getting is that Kosovo just may not get their independence...based on many factors. If now, stand by......Al Qaeda will then take a major role and attacks will start happening. Hamas already killed several Americans in April 2004......when they killed the American CivPol officers by a Jordanian. The word was it was a spill over from an previous argument. This is not true by any stretch of the imagination. It was a terrorist attack by Hamas and resulted in the perp being killed but not after he did much damage. It was a well orchestrated ambush......The planned suicide bombing of Bondsteel was also stopped by a polygraph test of an Albanian extremist.....long story short. The target was the dining facility at Bondsteel but it was circumvented by good police work so to speak, or should we say good CI work.

No independence.......stand by!!!!

Here is the website, which we all know and love, of the American Council for Kosovo: http://www.savekosovo.org/

Hre is the BOGUS, deliberately spoofed and copycat website, of the American (?) Council for "Kosova": http://www.savekosova.org/

Note especially the link on the site to a vicious attack on patriotic Serbs for opposing the filthy and disgusting "gays" who are attempting to destroy Orthodox Christian Serbia, just the way that they are destroying America and Western Europe: http://www.savekosova.org/neo-nazi-gay=1.htm

Are the KLA Neanderthal islamist savages pro-"gay"? Or are they "gay" themselves? Or are they playing up to US radical-liberals' pro-"gay" sentiments, in order to get them to support the savages and their "independence" as well? Either way, this is a stinking mess, perpetrated by truly evil people!

Serbs must NOT settle for being a "minority" in any part of their own country. Kosovo is Serbia!!!! Only the Serb army can bring peace to Kosovo.

I notice the Albanian copycat site uses picture flashes, on the left side, which include those of Albanian children crying after the NATO bombing attack on a convoy - they use that against Serbs when the people were crying over what NATO had done.

The boy in the yellow sweatshirt here, a survivor of the convoy bombing, is featured among those pictures, from a different angle.

Convoys of Kosovo Albanians bombed; 85 dead

The copycat site used to state that it (like the real one) was "a project of Venable & Asociates", but they got called on that one -- by Venable!

The Albanians are liars -- always have been, always will be.

In all seriousness, there is an effort in the U.S. and the UK to make both a socialist government. The strategy that was adopted, was to structure the liberal agenda as a substitute term for socialism. In other words there is in fact, a structured effort to make the country socialist by using the term liberalism with a specific agenda and the U.S. won't even know that it happened. That was the specific question asked when the plan was being designed. "How to make the U.S. a socialist country without the Americans knowing it".....I can actually give you the name, the quote and time frame. Also, view the film "The real face of the EU".....the UK strategy that is parallel to our own........This isn't conspiracy theory, this is actually a proven fact that few understand and many cannot mentally accept.

First law of war is: Win the battle on homefront When fighting ideology, if you want to win, you must prevent your own nation to fall under same ideology spell that enemy nation fell. 1917. First war against of communism was lost. Germany and Hungary up to 1919 wanted to become communist, strong communism mouvement was in rest of the europe due to the fact that western goverments were totally oposing to communism, making it magical to their own nation. 1936. Fascism. All european nations except France and Cyechoslovakia were dictatorships or authoritarioan, nationalist nations. Oposing Hitlers nazism ideology they posted their own nationalism, succesfully. Hitler couldn‚t win by ideology but by brutal force. European countries substitued nationalism to Hitlers nazism. 1945. Second war against communism won. Why? All of europe accepted most of communist ideas except market theory. They accepted what is acceptabile for massess: Leisure, short work time, larger waiges, workers rights, syndicalist idea and added litle something called sex along pervesion, lesbianism, gay mouvments, convincing nations that choosing "sexuall orientation" is peak of democracy and freedom. NOw Communism lost that ideology war cause, it by the 1990, became, conservative. Communism, couldn‚t accept larger liberties, and west started to look lucrative to the peoples on the east. Yugoslavia accepteb things from both systems, and worked rather well, so west couldn‚t destroy communism in Yugoslavia, so west destroyed yugoslavia herself (just like Hitler) 2001. Islamic offensive. To prevent total islamisation, EU like with "Pink revolution" against communist started "Islamic friendly society" As they accepted sexual perversion to be "Human rights" they accepted "Multiculturalism" to defy as they belive Islam. Nordic socialism= European "Multiculturalism"
