Another thing from the article I meant to mention: Reuters claims that the time on the photo does not represent the time that the picture was taken????

What does it represent then? Their answers are nonsensical.

Oh they are very sensical. If they set the accurate times on their cameras, they would be unable to manipulate public opinion as easily.

To me it represents incompetence or fraud. No other explanation makes sense, for a "profession".

Well, the time stamp on my photos is usually my home time zone time, since I don't bother changing the campera's clock when I'm out of the USA for just a few days. so pictures that were taken late in the day may actually show a morning time. However, the time on the photo is correct for home time zone, and knowing the hours + or - GMT, I can get the actual local time.

Maybe Reuters ought to try that explanation.
