When did he send it to them? I assume they will not print it for 3 reasons; (1) It does not fit their agenda, which is to promote the democratic party, (2) They cannot willingly be exposed as liars, (3) They don't really care about Iraqi's or anyone else.

Sure you will, but it'll be Composted
... What is truly amazing to me is that we took the reporter to the Nasiriyah prison project and, while it is true that we terminated the prime U.S. contractor for failure to perform, the Iraqi sub-contractor continues to work there (now directly for us) and his progress and quality have improved significantly ... and he saw that! We are not turning unfinished work over to the Iraqis as he stated in his article; we are fulfilling the U.S. commitment to the people of Iraq and using Iraqis to do it! ...

I agree that it won't be see in the WaPo, but I'm sending it to several of my friends who live in the DC area and read the Pest as their daily paper. Hopefully they will, in turn, pass it around the office, to friends, etc.
Many people who live around DC honestly think we are losing in Iraq, because the Pest and the "evening news" are where they get their information.
