Have they filibustered anything yet?
Yes. They filibustered judges before, they just filibustered estate tax repeal the other day...but even more than that the threat of a filibuster often keeps things from even coming to the floor for a vote. Also, compromises have often had to be made to prevent filibusters, and those would be unnecessary with a bigger majority.
