We have also learned since then that cell phones have been used by terrorists to communicate with their leaders and to detonate explosive devices.

This does not mean that cellphone equals hijacked jet.

My point is that before 9/11 - no one thought a jet was capable of mass murder. Tom Clancy wrote a best selling book in which flying a jet into the Capitol building played a major part and that was several years before 9/11.
