It's actually a catch phrase of sorts. :)
The guy who plays the carillon at my Festival put out an album a couple years back called "Best Day Ever." When people ask him how he's doing, he tells them he's having the best day ever. It's a helluva conversation-starter, and even if you're not having a good day, watching people get interested makes it worth saying.
Edwards has inhaled too many Aqua-Net fumes.
That's probably why whenever people ask me how I'm doing, I tell them "I'm living the dream," but I never knew why I did it.

Someone should tell dipsh*t there was an international security force in Southern Lebanon for the last six years. UNIFIL I believe it was called, and one can see the results of that 'farce' in the daily news today.
Okay, if we listen to Edwards and pull-out of Iraq won't that make life easier for the Iranians to send rockets to Syria and Lebanon?
On the one hand, he thinks Israel should be allowed to defend itself.
On the other hand he's willing to make it HELL for Israel.
And leave Iraq unstable. Brilliant!
How is 18 months an "immediate" withdrawal?
Not since Lincoln had both north and south democrats trying to assassinate him, undermine the war effort, organize draft riots, etc., has any president had to contend with such traitors and cowardly wussies.
Since I have lived in NC all of my life (56 years), I feel very qualified to make this statement. John Edwards is an idiot.
And I quote:

Okay so almost immediate.
The point being we don't know whether Iraqi's will be ready for us to exit within 18 months.
Will conditions be better or worse than they are now. Right now it looks like it will be better, but nobody knows for sure.
Here's an idea. Let's wait until the nation is stabilized, stay an additional 18 months and then exit.
