Mourners carry the coffins of Israeli Arabs Hanna Hamam, 62, and Ladida Mazzawi, 67, who were killed Sunday night in a Hezbollah rocket attack, during their funeral in the city of Haifa, northern Israel, Monday, Aug. 7, 2006. Hezbollah fired its deadliest rocket barrage Sunday on Israel, killing 12 Israeli reservists and three civilians. That brought the Israeli death toll to 94, including 46 soldiers, the 12 reservists and 36 civilians.
Surely those nice Jewish soldiers wont Wax Cats. I mean, that is beyond the pale.
Bam, Fox just televised three other photos we're working on... re: staging of sites by Hizzies. About time they got to the staging. I've got a lot of video to email out... send me any staging vids you come across as well.
still can't figure out which set of goal posts is in play -
reports were that if Hizbullah/Lebanon did not accept a cease fire by wednesday then Olmert was going to call for a step up in ground ops
other reports said if Hizbullah did not stop firing by the weekend then military ops would be expanded.
which is it, or is this just more double talk coming from Olmert.
I like your "sand in the gears" analogy with Olmert's handling of the conflict. And that he will be forced to continue this war b/c Israelis demand it. And that if any cease fire were accepted its terms would be more beneficial to the Israelis than Lebanon. But i'm not so sure that construct holds true b/c there has been a lot of talk about including the Lebanonese demands into the cease fire (not exactly sure which ones), but i think the worse outcome would be for Olmert to continue dragging his heels militarily and then accepting a cease fire with terms which conceivably could allow Hizbullah to survive
This may have already been answered, but what the heck... ;-)
It was a middle aged Israeli man, talking about the bombing in Haifa.
False alarm. But good effort by mware. :-)

when I first read this I thought 'pitbull' was the name of a Hezebola missile.
Any Nasrallah sightings yet?
Anyone here with good photoshop skills who can place Sheehan's face on the wailing woman of vast property holding fame? LOL
He is in danger of doing that. They forgot the lessons of Shock and Awe. Overwhelming force.
Good morning '4<30.' (my new shorthand for your handle, hope you dont mind)
Sometimes, I wonder if we will just sink thanks to our own stupidity. :-/ But then I go get another cup of coffee and look at my To Do list and am glad that I don't have too much time to worry about such things. :-)
Denial is a choice, too. lol
Hope your day is great!

111 rockets launched at Israel since Tuesday morning
Since Tuesday morning, 111 rockets were launched at Israel, say police. Most rockets landed in the Galilee panhandle and the Western Galilee. Two rockets landed in Tiberias.
One person was moderately injured and another was lightly injured from shrapnel. (Sharon Roffe-Offir)

Good morning, KAC.
Are you up too early or too late? ;-)
Hope your dishes survived packing. lol Thanks for recording these headlines.

Good morning, Allegra.
Keep the updates coming, as you can. I worry about you, but your posts relieve that.
Can't wait to hear about Mookies' funeral. ;-)

I don't call it denial; I call it my own little bubble of reality. Keeps my balance, keeps me focused and lightens my load.
Only packed a few...I am waiting for the dish boxes to arrive, supposedly tomorrow...packed lots of books and some office supplies and all the dvds and videos, and looked through my craft supplies to see what nees repacking and what's ok to go as is. Of course, next on my mind is what do I do with the huge amount of buttons I have on hand? (I used to sell buttons on ebay, and have lots of them - I'll never need to buy a shirt button or even a lot of dressier buttons again....) Small boxes or tubs?
good
LOL That would seem a safe bet on this thread.
So does that headline neutralize the bombed cat?
Now the lefties will really demand an end to this war. Nevermind women and children... pets are being harmed!!!

Rut Roh, Pat Robertson live on Fox. Saying that the evangelicals are with Israel.
So far I don't disagree with him. At least he called the Hezzies evil.
Tubs become storage containers later; but boxes are cheaper now. :-)
Good grieg, Pat Roberston is trying to outdo Jeff Goldblatt on Fox while rockets are incoming and artillery is outgoing.

There are four more photogs and six writers i'm researching now... as well as the stagings. It's not easy.
