Does anyone know of or have the other doctored picture?
The first picture is of fake smoke over Beirut. Maybe someone can post it.
There are lots of threads over the past couple of days. I'd say search for "any of": reuters photo photos adnan hajj doctored.
Two that come to mind immediately are the one (also officially pulled by Reuters) with the Israeli jet and the three flares, and one that's a composite of a guy in a baseball hat trudging through a pile of rubble pasted in front of a bombed building that's obviously taken from a different angle.
