I always loved Bayonne thin crusted pizza. Most of the places are gone.(E-Js..Patsy D'Angelos)Its tough to find great pizza.Denino"s in Staten Island was great pie. I recently had to go to Bayonne for a wake. I stopped in Joe's on 46th st. I had two white slices wite tomato. Ontop of the tomato was romano and oregano......best pie I had in years. I miss Bayonne.

I never had pizza in Bayonne, gotta try it some day. That being said, here are Seamus's picks for best pizza in North Jersey: 1. Kinchley's in Mahwah for thin crust, 2. Lenny's formerly of Ridgewood, now in Wyckoff(awesome sauce), 3. Nellie's-Waldwick for bar pie,4. Pizza Nova, in Ft. Lee(for Margherita style), 5.Uptown Pizza-Hoboken-medium crust, great cheese combo., 6. Grimaldi's, Hoboken-best brick oven. 7. De Marco's, West Milford. 8.(Although not in N. NJ.: Pete and Elda's in Neptune, for bar pie.
