The smoke cloud looks exactly like the ones I saw when the Marines used to dump and burn excess fuel at the old El Toro fighter base.

It also looks like the cloud that came up from the BUFF crash at Mather AFB in the early 1980s. Knew 6 of the 9 men on that aircraft.
