- A story some time ago on FR was about Katrina "looters" and this guy was one of those shown. I think some time later another story had a picture of Al Sharpton touring the devastation and the same looter was pictured beside old Al.

During one of Grep Palkots reports yesterday a number of people said they saw Green Helmet guy in one of the video's. This is from yesterdays live thread post 657.
I don't wear tin foil but among others who saw him in the video are Miss Marple.
One note. I am not sure if this frame is from that news segment.
