NEW YORK, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- A handful of money scams uncovered across the United States in recent years bearing Hizbullah's fingerprints have some experts worried that if orders were given to launch a terror attack against the U.S. the means are in place to do so. The FBI has made Hizbullah a central target of its counterterrorism efforts, setting up a unit dedicated to tracking the group and assigning agents to develop sources in Lebanese and other Middle Eastern communities across the country, report National Security Correspondent Dan Ephron and Investigative Correspondent Michael Isikoff in the August 14 issue of Newsweek (on newsstands Monday, August 7). Security officials worry that if Hizbullah does one day decide to strike, it can exploit an already-existing network in this country. "You often see in these groups that people who deal in finances also have military backgrounds," Chris Hamilton, who was the FBI's unit chief for Palestinian investigations until last year, tells Newsweek. "The fact is, they have the ability [to attack] in the United States."

But gee, why can't we connect the dots?
Of course we can't allow the government to take action which will single out these terrorists. Afterall, such spy programs might infringe upon my privacy and I don't want anyone else knowing what activities I'm involved in.

When terrorists next strike in the U.S. the vigilantism will be swift and ugly.

And sadly, because our PC leaders chose not to protect us innocent people will get caught up and killed. All in the name of vote getting.

That a story like this can even be written is testimony to the insanity of our immigration practices. We import Jihad with our eyes wide open, handing green cards to about a hundred thousand foreign Muslims each year.

Connecting the dots BEFORE the fact, is engaging in racism, jingoism, persecution, and probably would be considered to benefit conservative American values unfairly.

We should make it clear to Iran and Syria that an attack by Hezbollah on US soil will be considered an act of war by Iran and Syria, and that we will go Nuclear.

Terrorist cells have been in the US for years. Merely tracking them isn't going to stop their activites or stop them from attacking us at a moment's notice. Jorge can't close the border. ICE can't find an illegal in a protest march. Islamic activites and suicide bombers in OK, but move along there's nothing to see. I don't have much confidence on the government.

My only regret will be that they manage to kill themselves before I get there.
