Well, at least they are 'alive' as opposed to dead voters.

Well, well...looks like MoveOn.org and Soros are scrounging up votes in inner-city Hartford and New Haven to vote for kooky Lamont.

Nope. Another FReeper said that everyone in CT is very wealthy.

The people the aricle is talking about are the people who believe everything they see on T.V..

'nuff said there. Sad truth is there is a whole lot of people out there that do just that. They believe everything they see on T.V.

Ignorance runs amock.

Ned Lamont has a double-digit lead over incumbent Joseph I. Lieberman, according to a poll released Thursday. Some have likened the primary to a referendum on the Iraq war, which Lieberman has supported.

So this is why Lieberman is a liar?

That could have an impact on not only turnout, but election results," Bysiewicz said.

I find it disturbing that people registering and voting COULD have an impact on the "election results"!!!!!! COULD have an impact???

I also expect MD 20/20 futures to skyrocket

MD 20/20 18% or 13% alc. by vol.

As majestic as the cascading waters of a drain pipe, MD 20/20 is bottled by the 20/20 wine company in Westfield, New York. This is a good place to start for the street wine rookie, but beware; this dog has a bite to back up its bark. MD Stands for Mogen David, and is affectionately called "Mad Dog 20/20". You'll find this beverage as often in a bum's nest as in the rock quarry where the high school kids sneak off to drink. This beverage is likely the most consumed by non-bums, but that doesn't stop any bums from drinking it! Our research indicates that MD 20/20 is the best of the bum wines at making you feel warm inside. Some test subjects report a slight numbing agent in MD 20/20, similar to the banana paste that the dentist puts in your mouth before injecting it with novocain. Anyone that can afford a dentist should steer clear of this disaster. Avaliable in various nauseating tropical flavors that coat your whole system like bathtub scum, but only the full "Red Grape Wine" flavor packs the 18% whallop.

Liquor stores are starting to be infiltrated by a 13% variety of MD 20/20 Red Grape. There is also a new "Blue Raspberry" flavor with "BLING BLING". Even the lowest functioning of bums will know not to get swindled out of 5%.

The left wants us out of the middle east and may soon get their wish. Sadly, we do not act as parents in this Family Of Nations where we could have the greatest impact. Teaching table manners in Iraq is not utmost in our duties. Joe and the rest seem to think it's adequate. It's not. Therefore, the left will fill the void by cutting and running.

What's needed, and what Bush and Condi won't provide, is a major smack-down. We get along just fine with Japan, and they were smacked. North Korea, China, Russia, well, let's just say, we may get along in the future.

The Left are primarily appeasers and pussies. Not much peace will come of that stance toward aggressors. A punch in the mouth, a kick in the groin will go much further in establishing peace over the long haul. Our job as lone super-power is to provide such a punch and allow nation-states such as Israel to exist without questioning whether such a right exists. It does.

Condi has my permission to go to Iran and Syria and threaten the sh*t out of them. Give them pics of subs launching ICBMs, a couple of B2 bomber pics, etc. If anyone could get the message across, I believe Condi could. Light a fire under her and you'll see what I mean. Bowing to Mecca would take on new meaning.

Boone's Farm 7% alc. by vol.

Boone's Farm just does not have enough alcohol per volume to be a bum wine. In a bum's mind, heavy-hitting competitors such as T-Bird, Rosie, and Wild-I leave Boones in the dust. If Boone's would make a 17% alcohol per volume version at the same price, perhaps bums would reach for it. This sugary swill is more of an underage drinker's economy wine than a bum wine. You won't find empty Boone's bottles in any rail yard or heating vent, but you will find it in the local bowling alley parking lot or make-out spot. There is just no bumvidence to substantiate the bumsworthiness of Boone's Farm.

I agree, and think the Arc Light and BLU pics would get their attention. Then give 'em 24 hours before we execute same missions over Tehran.

I just got this feeling many of these newly registered democrat voters might go to Lieberman. That complacent voters in Connecticut will be offended Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are in their state campaigning for Lamont. Some of them might even be persuaded by their icon Bill Clinton, to get out and vote for good old Joe.

The MSM hype is all for Lamont, showing a double digit lead over Lieberman, which makes me think this late hour registration is to counter that. I mean, why would all these voters come out of the woodwork to support what the MSM claims is a done deal? Seems more likely to me, people would be registering in unheard of numbers this late, because they don't like what's happening.

For weeks now I've been reading how hard it is to get voters back to vote in hot August run-off elections, and also reading a big turn-out favors Lieberman.

Tuesday night gonna be interesting.

I was registered as a Democrat during the 1992 election, so I could vote for Tsongas in the primary. He looked like the easiest one for Bush to defeat with his silly gas taxes.

Unfortunately, it turned out that Bush wasn't interested in winning anyway.

Don't be so certain that these new voters are alive. My experience is that many motor voters are non-existent phantoms, that is, names fabricated out of thin air. In the 1996 election I went to the addresses listed on the voter rolls in Orange County, CA. 50% of the registered voters did not exist! Most were phantoms registered at the addresses of people with mailboxes accessible from the street. The professional vote scammers had an army of winos and illegals to steal the absentee ballots and vote them Democrat. BTW, Bob Dornan lost his seat in Congress to organized vote fraud; it was his district that I surveyed. Start auditing a sample of the new voters on the rolls and see how many actually live at the addresses listed.
