WACO, Tex., Aug. 3 -- President Bush arrived here Thursday evening to begin a 10-day stretch at his Prairie Chapel ranch, his longest planned period away from Washington during this summer vacation season.

My husband and I bought our own little farm, 8 acres with a pond. Every weekend I go out there and clear brush and tree branches off the dam so we can start trying to control the pesky little muskrats. No better therapy than clearing and hauling brush.

My wife and I are looking for one of these ourselves. No muskrats or ponds though. Prairie dogs and sand dunes perhaps. However, the price of rural real estate in New Mexico is now as costly as urban property.
