Senior Saudi sheikh: Hizbullah – party of Satan

Senior Saudi sheikh: Hizbullah – party of Satan

Sheikh Safar al-Hawali, in past teacher of Bin Laden, issues fatwa forbidding support of any kind of Hizbullah organization, which is not 'Party of God,' but 'Party of Satan'

A senior Saudi religious figure, Sheikh Safar al-Hawali, published a fatwa establishing that "Hizbullah is not the 'Party of God' (the meaning of Hizbullah in Arabic), but the 'Party of Satan.'"

Al-Hawali is considered an extreme religious figure in Saudi Arabia. In the past Osama Bin Laden was among his students.

In the fatwa published on al-Hawali's website, it was written that it is forbidden to pray for Hizbullah, or to support the organization in any way. Al-Hawali's position, from the Wahhabi stream in Saudi Arabia, exemplifies the prevailing historic rift between Sunnis and Shiites , who, in the eyes of the Wahhabists are apostates.

The Wahhabists seek to cleanse Islam from innovations and deviations, which, according to them, violate Islam at its core, such as worshipping holy men and their graves, or decoration of mosques. The controversy between Sunnis and Shiites is not absolute. For example, the Sunni Muslim Brothers in Egypt have declared their support of Hizbullah.

Al-Hawali's words are an addition to a previous fatwa issued two weeks ago in Saudi Arabia by the leader of the Wahhabi movement, Sheikh Abdullah bin Jabrin, which declared that it is illegal to support, join, or even pray for Hizbullah. In the same fatwa, Iran was condemned for her involvement and financing of terrorist organizations.

The Saudi fatwas are joined by a fatwa issued by a Kuwaiti sheikh after the kidnapping of Israeli soldiers on the northern border, in which a harsh condemnation of "the imperialist aspirations of Iran by means of the organization" was published.

The conflict is also expressed in the Saudi government's position which has changed during the fighting. At first, the Saudi government condemned the kidnapping of IDF soldiers calling the Hizbullah operation "unplanned adventures," yet with the continuation of fighting between Israel and Hizbullah, Saudi Arabia called the US to stop Israel's operations in Lebanon lest the entire region deteriorate in war.

Saudi religious leader blasts Hizbullah

A top Saudi Sunni cleric, whose ideas inspired Osama bin Laden, issued a religious edict Saturday disavowing the Shi'ite guerrilla group Hizbullah, evidence that a rift remained among Muslims over the fighting in Lebanon.

Hizbullah, which translates as "the party of God," is actually "the party of the devil," said Sheik Safar al-Hawali, whose radical views made the al-Qaida leader one of his followers in the past.

"Don't pray for Hizbullah," he said in the fatwa posted on his Web site.

While one member of the royal family says this, another is sending money to a group that will then funnel it to terrorists. The Saudi's are corrupt. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting>

It would seem there's a Muslim cleric who sees and knows. Interesting. I hope this idea spreads.

The Fighting Muslims

Wretched humans destroy the earth after the other,
Seek war to feed their hearts, turn in pleasure,
You do the thing most would reel; kill the brother.
Put him in horror, cry far, every measure.

Say it over again, the same refrain,
Forget peace, kill again—again.
Centuries now has been the call,
No use for any, no more value at all,
Than a dead worm in a small bird’s beak.
While in the veins of cruel time, you seek,
An awful end made certain by man.
Caliphate rule, a curse on every land.
You spew bile, say it over and again,
You know well the full weight,
Take every word and remain,
Swallow your own, full of hate.
Linger only a while in this life,
Your own will and hope in eternal strife.
You are a kind of Muslim, the latest beast,
Who would take all in a bloody feast.

Friends of Judah, lovers of peace,
Pray true for a new blessed lease,
Worry not unseemly tears, guttural noise, remember,
There are words for those who celebrate September.
In the country, get out now and hidden stay.
Take your hate and teachers, boil it up,
Return to your Satan where your heart lay,
In the liar. You drink his blood filled cup.
Without the country, turn away, quit or die,
You’ve filled your bag with blood and hair,
But know the avenger is set, certain to fly,
To put the dogs down in their dark, hollow lair.

Mullah, Mullah, hungry vulture, starving bear,
Is it God you praise, you think? Your fare?
Satan has fooled every generation of curs,
Israel is peace, love—nothing to you but burs,
To be killed off every one of them until,
Your cruel count is finished, your coffers fill.

But do not look behind you, not one turn,
You’ll see it coming, more painful fool,
Than if you were taken in one quick burn,
Instant relief is better; as it is for real men too.
We’ve no desire, hear you squeal, hear you exclaim,
Anything more as the avenger makes her claim.

There are a lot of amazing lies that people accept these days.

But one in particular just seems to have gotten annoying enough for me to notice. :-)

Targeting innocents is evil.

The way the world has just accepted the targeting of innocents as an acceptable tactic for "oppressed" people completely disgusts me.

When we, or the Israelis, *accidentally* kill civilians, it's the lead story on all possible channels.

When Hezbollah targets Israeli civilians hundreds of times a day, if you dig for it you *may* see it mentioned . . . somewhere . . .

Yet there is a group of folks who can say "we're no better than them" without batting an eye.

This lie must be put to rest. If we can't make this case, then we're worthless.

It seems to me that the Saudi's are a little ticked that Iran is trying to bully its way into taking over Islam and they just can't take it any longer.

Nothing New there.

Frantic denials from those with vested financial, religious or philosophical interests aside, this is a war between the religion of Islam and everyone else.
If the Saudi government does not side with Israel before an escalation to NUCLEAR WAR, then Mecca and Medina evaporate under two of Israels larger warheads - in the event of that coming to pass. If they side with Israel and a conventional war takes out Syria and Iran they would also do well. But if they side with Israel and peace breaks out they are screwed in the Islamic world.
Khomeini (the true leader of Iran). May be working toward this - a forking move on the Mideast chessboard.

"It would seem there's a Muslim cleric who sees and knows."

I don't think so. He's against hizboolah because he's more in favor of the sunni OBL brand of terrorist.

The prophecy holds:

Genesis 16:12
He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyone’s hand against him, and he will live in hostility toward all his brothers.”

More evidence of the Sunni split with Iran. The mullahcracy is toast -- or the Sunnis are. And they know it. They have known it for some time.

And don't forget -- the best part about a Moslem civil war? Everybody wins!

Saudi sheik says Hezzis are a no-no....talk about the pot calling the kettle black! Saudis, among the biggest financial supporters of terrorist groups for years. They're just peeved because its Iran's terrorist buddies rocketing Israel instead of their own terrorist buddies.

Hizbullah is a Shi'a organization and a surrogate of Iran. The Saudis are Sunni and worried about the Iranian influence in the Eastern province.
