Sorry to hear about your first wife. I really hate cancer. It's a horrible disease. I really believe medical researchers are on the verge of any number of amazing discoveries, from a cure for all kinds of cancer, to diabetes and heart disease, even aging. I hope we all live long enough to see it.

Appreciate the kind words- life's full of irony; she had also had Kaposi's Hemmoragic Sarcoma previously, and seemed to have beaten that... M. Melanoma was certainly a nasty surprise. You figure if you get one variety and beat it, lightning can't strike twice. A stroke got her in the end- all that testing and they never checked her head...

Be that as it may, like you, I sense we are on the verge of a tipping point in medicine, and longevity... if we all can just live long enough to see it come to fruition!

I see a think like a stone sarcophagous. You climb in and they close the lid. Very short "rectangular" high voltage bursts reset all your cell nuclei while causing your cancer cells to achieve apoptosis.

You spend a few hours in there and come out whole and feeling great.
