"Ha Ha, [you] thought it was anthrax. F - - - you," Date, 18, allegedly scribbled. He also taunted: "Catch me if you can."

I am amazed at the stupidity I see reported. I just have to wonder, how much stupidity remains unreported? Other than Congress, I mean.

He could be real stupid, but he may well have been framed by someone who wants to work his street-corner. And why write the birthdate?

I just have to wonder, how much stupidity remains unreported? Cop told me once, half-seriously, "we don't catch the smart ones."

That's possible. Or he could have been trying to taunt the police, mistakenly believing that sending a nontoxic substance would mean they'd have no cause to arrest him.

Just an average American teenager. From the article:
Date was arrested last month by cops who said they saw him toss crack vials out a window, court documents show.
Somehow I guessing he's not an Arab.
