PARIS (EJP)--- Following complaints from the Jewish community, French foreign minister Philippe Douste-Blazy has retracted a controversial statement where he claimed Iran played a stabilising role in the Middle-East.
Speaking on the Jewish Community Radio station on Wednesday, Douste-Blazy said Iran had a part of responsibility in the current conflict between Israel and Hezbollah and that it had to help pacify the region.

Oh, please. Good that he did this? During which statement was he winking at whom? The damage was done and the bell cannot be unrung. True Froggie colors come out yet again. Whatever is said because of the chitstorm that followed is merely damage control.

Since it was a rectal statement it should be rectified.
To: PghBaldy
it had to help pacify the region. Much as Hiltler "pacified" France, I'm sure the minister means.

Indeed he did. The position of spreading 'em, bending over and grabbing ankles, and yelling at the nearest muzzies "come and get it!"
