There are very few knowledgeable people who reach positions to effect positive change whether it be in government or business. These people are usually drowned out or destroyed by greedy incompetent masses.
I believe it is time those trying to right the ship to step back for a moment of pause in order that fools learn to tread water at their own risk. We must begin to realize that organizations deserve the fate described by Darwin.

There appears to be several threads regarding this article but one is apparently gone and the other one does not include all of the article.
