The problem isn't with Bush, except that he should have been providing fiscal leadership and using his veto, but that's past history.
The problem is with the Republican leadership in Congress, and especially the House. Until and unless the Republicans leadership in Congress realize that many of us who voted for them are pissed off at what they're doing, they're not going to change. They're playing to the big campaign contributors/lobbyists instead of the people who vote for them. There's only one way to get the message through, and it's not by returning them to power."
The war has nothing to do with it! And I'm not attacking a Republican President during wartime! I'm attacking the Republican idiots in Congress who are about to destroy the majority (that I worked for 40 years to help create) because of their free-spending, big government ways.
