I'm tired of posters deferring to so called jail house justice to do what they won't demand of the criminal justice and legal system. For one thing this guy will be protected by most facilities at least at the onset of his sentence to a tune of possible hundreds of thousands of dollars a year or else face fines and lawsuits.

What has been bothering me for years is what is happening in our court system. If my wife or daughter was attacked by a perv, I would hope the justice system would do it's job. If not, then it would be up to me to avenge my family. I'm not a killer. I'm a law abiding citizen. I don't go looking for trouble. I believe in the system. But if scum like this did something to my family and there was any talk of anything less than a death sentence or life without parole, then I would have to kill him myself.

I don't understand why, as a citizen and taxpayer, I can't expect justice for me and mine. I don't want to have to become a "criminal", but he would be dead and I would have had to give my life for my family, while NAMBLA and the ACLU argue over naval lint.

For the life of me, I can't understand why OJ is still breathing. If I were Mr. Brown, He would have played his last round of golf by now. Mr. Brown is old and his life is basically over, except for the heart attacks and arthritis. His daughter was wronged and got no justice. I don't get it.

If this guy attacked 25 children, surely there is one parent that will stand up for his child. If enough people did this, the courts would straighten themselves out. I also believe in "jury nullification". If I got on a jury with a parent involved in what I consider justifiable homicide, I can assure you he would "walk." Let them decry VIGILANTISM all they want. He would have been justified in my book.

Some people can justify anything...anything! I've been learning more about people who have no conscience, AKA sociopaths from my wife who just graduated last may with her Ph.D in clinical psychology. She will be working with these patients and I do worry about her.

When this guy gets to prison the inmates will explain everything you're thinking to him, in precise and agonizing detail, over and over, for a period of years.

I've never understood this line of thought, as a sracastic joke, or otherwise.

In other words, "our ordained judicial system looks the other way at this sort of thing, but don't worry, the basic moral backbone of our prison population won't tolerate this kind of behavior one bit."
