This really is stunning in its stupidity. And, regarding WWLS and their on-site afternoon shows at Big Red Sports and Imports, I kinda feel like they're sort of guilty by association. Virtually every other commercial on WWLS is from BRSI. Annoying, stupid commercials. But hey, all the WWLS hosts all work for the network local newscasts and there is no competition on viewpoints. So, I don't like WWLS much.

That loss to Texas Tech was a great game ... I got to meet Switzer in the press box and was surprised to find out he is a very nice man!

Many years ago I worked for this Software Manager Good Ole Boy from Oklakoma. He hired two grads from the University of Texas. In a bar in Denver one night, they were on his case about how the largest group of players on the University of Oklahoma football team were from Texas. This went on for a while. Finally my boss sits back, takes a long hit on his Budweiser, and says, " It's a shame those boys had to go out of state to get a good education." Shut them right up. I laugh everytime I think of this.
As a Longhorn fan, I want to post how impressed I've been with the Sooners over the last few years. They have become a class organization, both on and off the field. It's hard to kick a starting QB off the team. Under their current regime, except for last year, they've also looked awfully good against my Horns. Hope they have someone in the wings that can keep them winning, and keep the annual Red River shootout as exciting as it's been the last few years.
