The only good thing about Arnold is that he was more to the Right than Gray-out Davis.
He wouldn't be surprised that, in a recent poll by the Pew Hispanic Center, 54 percent of Hispanics think the debate over immigration reform has worsened discrimination against them.
Gosh, I have had enough of what the stupid "Arab street" thinks; now we are starting to get this "what the Hispanic street thinks" shite?
Gag me with a spoon.

I don't put much stock in the Pew Center polls and I wish the political and media class didn't either...

The only good thing about Arnold is that he was more to the Right than Gray-out Davis. I would dispute that. Arnold has approved more pro-gay legislation than Davis ever did. He approved a Seirra Nevada Conservancy that scared Davis so badly he vetoed it. He hired Davis' former chief of staff. He has increased spending faster and with less excuse.

Well, naturally if you fear you are losing the debate, one tactic (and the general tactic of the left, it would seem) is to pull out the big guns, and what bigger gun is there than calling your opponent racist or xenophobic. Fortunately, it has lost alot of it's sting as it has been so clearly and publicly overused.
