You guys seem pretty misinformed. There's *lots* of evidence and a pretty strong consensus on recent GW -- though the radical descriptions Gore makes may be...more radical than most scientists might predict.
Calls for "proving" GW are a tad strange -- when there's an even moderate chance we're influencing the environment adversely, shouldn't we take it seriously? Ozone. Lake pollutants. Inviting foreign species into a new ecology (many many examples long throughout history turning resources to dust). There are many examples where we should have been more careful.
Gore is a dumbass and so are you, goodbye troll.
Are you really Al or are you Ms Pelosi?
Misinformed? No, that's Gore and your side who are "misinforming" the public on this issue.
I've read plenty on GW. There is not *lots* of evidence. There's *lots* of guessing, but that's not the same thing.
What drivel. Consensus is not science.
I could get a consensus on FR that Ben Franklins should grow on money trees, but science won't allow it.
And I see you have the UN's Marxist talking points on the precationary principle memorized.
Chew on this for awhile and get back to us with a reasoned scientific explanation:
NASAs Mars Odyssey orbiter has confirmed that the polar icecaps on the red planet are melting.
In some low-altitude areas, the ice has already dissippated, said William Feldmann of the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
NASA has no explanation for the warming but the data shows the planet is coming out of an ice-age.
There is *lots* of evidence the sun is going through an extremely hotter period as well. I know you can't reply, because you were severely overheated by the mods in the form of a ZOT.
