I saw that picture....I think those are chaff flares dropping off the F16...missiles wouldnt be falling behind a plane....IMHO

This is the amendment that was DEFEATED in the Homeland Security bill...but it passed in the Defense Appropriations Bill...at least until conference with the House...
I can't believe it wouldn't pass the House...unless the House members don't like it being in the DOD bill.

FWIW Medved has fmr Isr Amb Gold on, explained why a multi national force under chapter 7 would be a disaster for Israel. Good stuff.
Of course he going to talk about Mel later, he's spent at least an hr. a day on it so far. For someone as smart as Medved he sure can be stupid.
